The chef and his team will delight you with delicious dishes prepared with the best local raw materials, such as Garda oil, vegetables from the Gresta valley, carne salada and fish from the lake and surrounding rivers.


Our cuisine celebrates the traditions and flavors of the land and the lake, offering authentic, homemade recipes. The bread, pasta, and focaccia that accompany our meals are made with love and passion in our kitchen. Our varied culinary offerings also include vegetarian and vegan options to satisfy all tastes.

Hotel guests can choose between a daily set menu of tasty dishes or other delicacies from the à la carte menu, with a dedicated 5% discount.


Our wine list offers a selection of the finest wines to complement our menu. Our simple yet elegant restaurant features an indoor dining room and a welcoming terrace, also open during the winter season.

Restaurant Service Hours

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 22:30. During high season, we offer a non-stop kitchen service from 12:00 to 22:30, while the pizzeria will remain open until 24:00.

We've paid particular attention to selecting the finest ingredients and choosing the most suitable processing methods to ensure our pizzas are not only delicious but also extremely digestible.


Our dough faithfully follows tradition, composed of water, flour, salt, and yeast, and is left to rise and mature for 36 to 48 hours, ensuring a unique texture and flavor. Our toppings are carefully selected to offer a wide range of classic and specialty options, both white and red, ensuring the authenticity and variety of each pizza.
